Tiles	Calls up now, today’s ASR, ACD and margin
Needs you	Things that want a decision, for example a port a rule turned off, with a button to act on it
Current calls	Each call that is up: customer, destination, state (ringing, talking) and duration
Routes active today	The ports and carriers that carried traffic today, with their ASR
Customers active today	The customers who sent traffic today

Start every day here. A low ASR on one route, or a port in Needs you, is usually the first sign of a problem.
