Billing accounts

Panel page: Billing (Ctrl K → billing)

Each customer has one billing account. Every rated call is charged to it.

1. Billing → Add account.
2. Name: exactly the customer’s name, as you will enter it on the Customers page.
3. Choose:
   • Prepaid: the customer pays first; calls are allowed while there is balance.
   • Postpaid: the customer pays later, up to a credit limit you set.
4. Save.

Invoices are made per week, Monday to Monday, with one line per destination. See Money and invoices.
